Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00), Monday to Thursday. No weekends or on-call required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective therapy interventions for adults and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Administer therapy interventions including AROM/AAROM/PROM and strength testing.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Current SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) is required.
