Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care, working with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to join an enthusiastic team in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient functionality.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Manage caseload effectively with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid state licensure required.
