Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients across various age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. You will be responsible for managing critical care situations and maintaining accurate patient records utilizing the Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and prioritize care.
• Manage and administer medications and blood products as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records using the Epic system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have an active Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing is preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC are required.
• Proficient in managing arterial lines, BiPAP/CPAP, and care of ventilated patients.
• Experience with EKG interpretation and monitoring required.
