Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, and ventilated patients.
• Administer blood products and IV medications as prescribed.
• Perform triage and urgent assessments in high-stress situations.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and lab results.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is mandatory.
