Days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and evenings may be necessary for new inpatient evaluations.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Additionally, the therapist will plan and engage in community-wide outreach and preventative programs while effectively marketing services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and preventative health programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Preferred: Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
