Registered Nurse - Cardiac Med/Tele - Nights

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Nights - 12 hours (7 PM to 7 AM). 36 and 48 hours per week available. Requires 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our Cardiac Med/Tele unit, which consists of 43 beds. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the facility's schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced cardiac medical/telemetry environment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Must be willing to float to other units as needed.
• Be prepared to take charge and undergo necessary training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing required.
• Active New York RN license.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
