Registered Nurse (RN) - Respiratory Care

Schedule

Monday through Wednesday 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM & Thursday 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. No weekends required.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in the respiratory unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures according to protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor respiratory status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and therapy procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a respiratory care setting.
• Experience with respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.
