Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. This role will involve providing exceptional patient care to adults recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, traumatic injuries, and more. The RN will work closely with a supportive team to help patients achieve optimal recovery and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and document care in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and support their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehabilitation or med/surg setting preferred.
