3 x 12 hour variable shifts, which may include 7-1930, 08-2030 or 09-2130, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the context of the nursing process. The incumbent is accountable for individualized patient outcomes over the entire episode of care, delivering comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients along with their families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and treating human responses to health problems.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Coordinating care among various healthcare professionals as needed.
• Providing safe patient care and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid NV RN license prior to start.
• Required Certifications: BLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN surgery/recovery experience.
