Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation setting to join our team. This role emphasizes improving individual functional ability and quality of life for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and family members to create and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and therapies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health records (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehab (Med/Surg) setting preferred.
