Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide quality patient care in a 25-bed critical access facility that delivers a broad range of medical services, including inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute care. The RN will be responsible for delivering care in various outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings, collaborating with various healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
• Document patient assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
• ACLS and NRP certifications required.
• Previous experience in a critical care or emergency setting preferred.
