Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Rehabilitation unit. This role involves providing exceptional patient care for individuals recovering from strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and other complex conditions. Our focus is on enhancing each patient's functional ability and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs, focusing on movement patterns, strength, flexibility, functional ability, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and family members.
• Monitor patient progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR: Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
