Schedule

AM Shift: 06:00 – 18:30, 3 × 12 hr shifts, totaling 36 hours/week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN will utilize nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques to provide holistic care. Collaborating with patients, their families, and healthcare team members, the RN will individualize patient care and direct nursing support staff according to established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care based on established protocols.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Direct and supervise nursing support staff in the provision of patient care.
• Maintain compliance with administrative and departmental policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty area.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is favored but not required.
