Registered Nurse Float Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3 × 12 hour shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday off.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a float capacity, adapting to various clinical settings as needed. The role requires the ability to effectively utilize bi-pap and hi-flow oxygen therapy, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across various departments.
• Monitor and manage patients’ respiratory needs using bi-pap and hi-flow therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA required); ACLS certification is preferred.
• Active Pennsylvania nursing license.
