Job Description

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed for a 13-week assignment. The position emphasizes providing therapeutic interventions and support to patients under the direction of a physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as designed by the physical therapist.
• Support patients during therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the supervising therapist.
• Document patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
