Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an RN in our Med/Surg unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Adhere to established protocols and policies to ensure patient safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a Med/Surg setting is preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
