Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients. This position requires a strong foundation in physical therapy practices to help improve patients' mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' physical function.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress throughout the treatment duration.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (M.S. or B.S. degree).
• License to practice or eligibility to practice in the State of Maine.
• Valid Maine driver's license.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• CPR/Basic Life Support Certification required.
