Registered Nurse - Night Shift Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Full-time nights with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide total patient care through the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs, as well as directing and guiding patient teaching and ancillary personnel while maintaining nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Guide patient education and support activities.
• Supervise and direct the activities of ancillary staff.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BCLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory.
