Monday to Friday, 5x8 Hour Shift (08:00 - 16:30)

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will work in a hospital-based ambulatory clinic, providing therapeutic services that support various specialties including Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiopulmonary, Neurological, Lymphedema, and Pelvic Health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Current Arizona license or Compact license required upon submission.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings is preferred.
• Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Wound Care are advantageous.
