Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care in a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will operate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor telemetry patients.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Utilize clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and responses.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have an active Permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
