Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing specialized, individualized rehabilitation care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, trauma, and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment and technology to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation protocols and goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in acute, subacute, SNF, or inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
• Experience with functional interventions and group/concurrent therapy modes is preferred.
