Healthcare Worker Specialist

Job Description

This position is focused on HWS rebooking. Candidates with previous mission experience are preferred. The role primarily involves ensuring effective management and coordination of patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage rebooking procedures for healthcare services.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assist in evaluating patient needs and developing care strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care.
• Engage with patients and families to provide information and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous experience in healthcare mission roles is preferred.
• Relevant certifications as needed for the position.

Schedule

This is a variable shift position requiring guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
