Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position in a 10-bed unit. The position involves caring for patients with various diagnoses including CHF, COPD, syncope, non-STEMI, DKA, wound issues, and post-surgical recovery (THR, TKR, lumbar and general surgery).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical-access hospital setting.
• Maintain a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring individualized patient care.
• Administer medications and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Document patient care and treatment in the EMR system (Sorian).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS certification required.
• Preferred certifications: TNCC and ENPC.
