Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool

Schedule

NIGHTS - 12HR: 7P-7A / 7A-7P NIGHT/DAY ROTATION. 36 hours per week available, including 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed.

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg Float Pool, where you will float between all Med Surg Tele units and the South East Tower. Flexibility is required according to the facility's scheduling needs, and applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various Med Surg Tele units.
• Float to different units as required based on patient needs and staffing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of recent experience in acute med surg/tele in a hospital setting.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.
• Active New York RN License.
• AHA BLS Certification.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
