Job Description

The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care to laboring patients and newborns immediately after delivery. This role requires advanced skills in circulating and recovering patients undergoing cesarean sections and performing various obstetric procedures.

Responsibilities

• Care of the laboring patient and newborn immediately after delivery
• Circulate and recover cesarean section patients
• Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, dilation and curettage (D&C), cerclage, and administer epidural anesthesia

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced), CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP
