Registered Nurse - LDRP

Night shift (3x12-hour): 18:30 - 07:00.

Job Description

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting, where staff rotate through various roles including Labor, Triage, and mother-baby care postpartum. Our Postpartum nurses typically manage 3-4 couplets, while Labor nurses handle 1-2 patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum settings.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide breastfeeding support.
• Manage patient care effectively through EPIC charting system.
• Participate in an on-call schedule, typically totaling 16-20 hours over 6 weeks.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.
• Active RN license and certifications including NRP, AWHONN, FHM.
• Preferred certifications: OB surgical recovery (C-section), Advanced AWHONN.
• Experience with patient ratios reflective of the role’s responsibilities.
