Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

Position requires rotating shifts between day and night, with 12-hour shifts. Candidates should be available for every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. This role involves rotating shifts, where nurses will be working 12 hours per shift. Compliance with flu and COVID vaccination requirements is mandatory, although medical and religious declinations will be considered. Orientation will vary in duration, impacting the overall weekly hours for that week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient activities and responses accurately in records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
