3x12 Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN to provide high-quality care across multiple pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong pediatric ICU background and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to pediatric patients in various settings.
• Administer medications and manage care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience required.
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State Compact RN License.
• Current certifications in BLS and PALS (must be from American Heart Association).
• Preferred experience with ECMO and CCRN certification.
