Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 18 months of recent emergency room experience, to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires expertise in fast-paced environments, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress, responding to any changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 18 months combined permanent experience in ER required.
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand at time of submission.
• Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC preferred.
• Must have a reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
