Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where you will provide high-quality critical care to our young patients. This role requires commitment to patient safety, exceptional clinical skills, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions through advanced techniques and equipment.
• Perform various procedures including IV starts, catheterizations, and central line dressing changes.
• Manage ventilators and provide tracheostomy care and tube feeding.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of PICU nursing experience.
