NICU RN - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00). Weekend requirement: every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to neonates in a Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in a variety of neonatal nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the health status of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Utilize advanced neonatal care techniques and equipment.
• Engage in patient and family education regarding care and support.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to Bryn Mawr Campus as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU RN experience.
• Valid BLS and NRP certifications.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system is required.
• Experience with administration of blood products, anti-seizure medications, and IV maintenance.
