Job Description

Join a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, focusing on maximizing health, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as necessary.
• Ensure comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services are delivered to maximize recovery outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist or Physical Therapist.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
