07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate a commitment to excellence, and work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure safety and comfort for patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Completion of a Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and Education Verification.
• COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
• Documentation of completed health screenings and vaccinations as per health regulations.
