Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on delivering high-quality care and maintaining patient safety. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary credentials and comply with health requirements to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with personal health history requirements.
• Conduct necessary evaluations and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Professional License/Certificate.
• Completion of all required health evaluations and screenings.
• Experience in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and competency testing.
