Healthcare Professional Position

This position offers a night shift schedule from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Healthcare Professional will be required to complete various health history and credentialing tasks necessary for onboarding into the healthcare facility. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with vaccination and health requirements, conducting required screenings, and maintaining documentation for professional verification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain immunization records including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
• Conduct and document Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and MMR vaccine status.
• Administer Fit Test and Hepatitis B verification.
• Ensure completion of 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing.
• Document Varicella and Tdap vaccination status.
• Oversee the verification of physical and health statements.
• Complete all necessary professional background checks and credentialing forms.
• Fulfill requirements for system access and integrity services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Verification of licenses and certifications as required for the position.
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Joint Commission Testing.
• Compliance with Trinity Code of Conduct and system security agreements.
