Job Description

As a healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing essential health assessments. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to established medical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
• Administer medications and treatment plans as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of patient care practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state license or certification in your field.
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
• Completion of background checks and professional verifications.
• Trinity Skills and Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
