Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitative care within a long-term acute care hospital setting. The role includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving physical function and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
• Administer treatment interventions and modalities as appropriate.
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation programs and home exercise plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Clinical experience in an inpatient or long-term acute care setting preferred.
