Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position in Las Cruces, NM. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care while working in a dynamic hospital setting that emphasizes compassionate healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Provide education to patients and their families about health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must have necessary certifications prior to start.
• All clinical staff must be fingerprinted and have a background check initiated.
