Certified Surgical Technologist - Travel Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM. On-call is required, averaging 5-6 shifts per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Da Vinci Xi Robotic Spinal Fusion procedures, particularly in orthopedic and neuroservices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical process.
• Handle instruments and assist surgeons as required.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Experience with total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and Xi robotic surgical cases.
• Prior experience in orthopedic or neurosurgery is mandatory.
