Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs and goals, as well as physician directives. This role involves directing discipline-specific therapy services and ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective patient community reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning for the development of appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Ensure medical record documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and timely.
• Participate in student programs as needed and provide a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development through continuing education and self-study.
• Maintain professional licensure and ethical standards in accordance with the discipline-specific code of conduct.
• Understand and follow organizational performance improvement methods to enhance service quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Valid and applicable physical therapy license for the state of practice.
