Physical Therapist - Acute Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specialized in Acute Rehabilitation to join our team. This role focuses on providing intensive and customized rehabilitation services to patients who have experienced a loss of function due to injury or illness. You will play a vital role in maximizing the health, function, and quality of life for our patients during their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals and outcomes.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Days, specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Physical Therapist License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings.
