Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Urology to provide exceptional care in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to handle a fast-paced environment while managing patient care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter exchanges as a majority of job duties.
• Administer and mix Intravesicular BCG as needed.
• Conduct trials of void and catheterization support.
• Assist with patient assessments and follow-up phone calls.
• Provide patient education and health assessments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in Washington or Compact state.
• Recent outpatient clinic experience with catheters.
• Experience in ER, pre/post, or ambulatory settings preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to triage effectively.
• Two references covering one year within the last three years required prior to start.
