Interventional Radiology Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4x10 hour shifts from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM, on-call coverage required for off-shift, weekends, and holidays with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Interventional Radiology Nurse with experience in Cath Lab to provide high-quality patient care in a busy interventional radiology setting. Candidates must be proficient in various interventional procedures and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Ability to care for COVID patients and work in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
