Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Critical Access Hospital. The RN will work primarily in the Kremmling Emergency Department, with potential coverage in Granby and Fraser, CO. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments in an emergency setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Utilize emergency protocols and advanced care methods.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in a Critical Access Hospital preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS required.
