Registered Nurse - Total Joints, Sports Medicine, and Neuro

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Overnight weekday call from 7 PM to 7 AM and weekend call from 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 PM to 7 AM, and backup from 7 AM to 7 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care focused on total joints, sports medicine, and neurology. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and evaluations.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Experience in total joints, sports medicine, and neurology preferred.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
