Job Description

This position provides optimal patient care utilizing nursing knowledge and skills within the nursing process. The incumbent is responsible for individualized patient outcomes and provides comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Demonstrate cognitive and psychosocial skills specific to patient populations.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Engage families in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele experience required.
• NV RN license required prior to start.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must pass a telemetry competency exam.
