Operating Room Registered Nurse

Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour shifts from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. May require one night shift within the contract as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with expertise in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic cases. Ideal candidates should be prepared to float between like units and work in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed per unit requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Valid CA RN license required.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
