Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation team dedicated to the recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide customized, intensive therapy tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing support and rehabilitation to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient experience in settings such as IRF, SNF, or acute care preferred.
• Certifications or relevant licensure are required.
