Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)

Schedule

Day shift from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The role requires proficiency in both imaging techniques and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Perform imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and provide appropriate care throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment properly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• CNMT certification required.
• Valid state license or certification as required.
• Completion of a recognized nuclear medicine technology program.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
