Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our operating room team. The CST will work alongside surgeons and other medical staff to provide efficient and effective surgical care, ensuring high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in surgical procedures, preparing the operating room, and ensuring surgical instruments are sterile and ready for use.
• Working collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia techs to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Managing and maintaining surgical equipment such as the Davinci robot and MAKO robot.
• Adhering to all safety and infection control policies and practices.
• Participating in the orientation of new staff and helping train students as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Proven experience in orthopedic, spine, urology, general, and GYN procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced skills in the operation of DaVinci and MAKO robotic systems preferred.
